Military Search Partners is a specialty search firm dedicated to the successful transition of skilled technicians from the United States Armed services to the public workforce of Corporate America.
WHAT WE DO
We are acutely aware of the impact that we have on an individual as well as the companies that hire them. With that in mind we partner with our clients to search for the best talent available to lead their teams in achieving the company objectives. Our focus is a systems approach. When we take on a search for a Director of Service for a well known capital equipment provider we are also concerned that the team they are going to lead will be of the best quality possible. To this end we will not only help a company hire a new service manager but also to introduce them to new service technicians from "The Short List" to assemble the teams that will bring them success. The intended by-product of this effort is that you, the candidate, will also enjoy a new successful career with a great boss.
THE SHORT LIST
The Short List - this is the place you want to be if you are looking to make a career change. We will not take all comers. There are other recruiters out there who will herd you around a hotel for a weekend if that is what you want.
